By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) Eligibility (minimum age)

You must be at least 16 years old to submit forms on this site. If you are under 16, do not submit personal information.

3) Site purpose

This site exists for informational, educational, and peaceful advocacy purposes. It is not a commercial service. There are no user accounts, memberships, or social features.

6) Submissions you provide (contact / fallen / data requests)

If you submit content through the site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• It does not violate third-party rights (privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights).
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not intentionally misleading.
• It does not include sensitive personal information that could endanger anyone.

Nothing you submit is automatically published. All submissions are reviewed manually. The Operator may reject, remove, edit for clarity, or anonymize content to reduce risk and protect safety.

7) Permission to use submissions (license)

By submitting content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, and display the submission for purposes related to operating this site and its informational/advocacy mission (for example, publishing an approved Fallen entry).

Where feasible and appropriate, we may redact or anonymize details to reduce risk to submitters and others.

8) Public posting warning (Fallen entries)

If a Fallen entry is published, it becomes public and may be copied, cached, archived, or reposted by third parties. Removing content from our site does not guarantee removal from third-party caches, mirrors, archives, or screenshots.

Unless otherwise stated, original written content on this site is owned by the Operator. You may share links and quote reasonable excerpts for non-commercial informational, educational, journalistic, or advocacy purposes with attribution to PersianRebels.org.

Third-party materials referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

اگر از طریق سایت محتوا ارسال کنید، شما تضمین می‌کنید که:

• حق ارسال آن را دارید.
• حقوق اشخاص ثالث را نقض نمی‌کند (حریم خصوصی، کپی‌رایت، علامت تجاری یا حقوق دیگر).

۱۴) خاتمه

گرداننده می‌تواند برای حفاظت از ایمنی، جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده یا رعایت قانون، دسترسی را معلق یا مسدود کند، ارسال‌ها را حذف کند یا استفاده را محدود کند (با یا بدون اطلاع).

۱۵) حل اختلاف، قانون حاکم و صلاحیت

اگر اختلافی دارید، ابتدا از طریق صفحه تماس با ما ارتباط بگیرید. هر دو طرف موافقت می‌کنند حداقل ۳۰ روز برای حل‌وفصل غیررسمی و با حسن نیت تلاش کنند، قبل از شروع روند رسمی.

این شرایط تحت قوانین ایالات متحده تنظیم می‌شود، بدون توجه به قواعد تعارض قوانین. هر اختلافی در دادگاهی مطرح می‌شود که بر گرداننده صلاحیت داشته باشد.

استثنا برای کاربران اتحادیه اروپا: اگر در اتحادیه اروپا هستید، حقوق شما تحت قوانین الزامی حمایت از مصرف‌کننده محفوظ است، از جمله امکان طرح دعوی در کشور محل اقامت شما در مواردی که قانون الزام کند.

۱۶) تغییرات

ممکن است این شرایط را به دلایل امنیتی، عملیاتی یا قانونی به‌روزرسانی کنیم. تاریخ «آخرین به‌روزرسانی» تغییرات را نشان می‌دهد. ادامهٔ استفاده از سایت پس از اجرای تغییرات به معنی پذیرش نسخهٔ به‌روزشده است.

۱۷) قابلیت تفکیک
